Wholesale Ordering
Ordering by wholesale is for stores and businesses that have a valid resale
license. Orders must be placed by either phone, fax, e-mail or sent by
regular mail.
Please call Steve Sandberg to discuss wholesale options.

Freight
All prices quoted are F.O.B. Cranston, Rhode Island.
Unless requested by customer, all orders will be sent UPS Ground in the
United States.
Overseas orders are sent thru the United States Post Office.
Federal Express and common truck carrier are available upon request.

Returns/ Exchanges
No cash refunds will be allowed. Returns must be made with 7 days of receipt
of goods and will be credited for merchandise only.

Lost/Damaged Orders
Figures Toy Company must be notified of a problem within seven (7) days of
receipt of goods.

Miscellaneous
Prices, terms and conditions of sale are subject to change without notice.
Any returned checks will be charged $25.00 for each returned check and placed
on COD (cash/certified check only).
Rhode Island law shall be applied to any dispute.

Alterations/Modifications of WWE Product
Any and all changes, alterations or modifications of these replica belts are
strictly prohibited by both Figures Toy Company and World Wrestling Entertainment Inc.
Alterations/Modifications is defined as removal of metal plates or changing
the pre existing belt strap.

Customer/Account Acknowledgment
Customer/Account acknowledges reading and agreeing to all terms set forth
herein. Any oral modifications of these terms shall be invalid.
